Clearer Music


Here is how to play your music in voice without using the speakers and mic, which also makes the music come out much clearer.
If your Select a Sound Window doesnt look like this, click and drag the right edge of the window to the right and  CLick on the Record button.
This will bring up your computer's volume control's Recording properties.

Here is a sample of what your Recording Properties may look like. I have labeled a few things that may be available.
Most everyone will have a CD, Line In, Mic,and a Wave selection.

Here is what Windows' Mixer looks like.
Notice that on both of them the MIC is selected.
(check mark in the "Select" box or a red icon in the box)

What you want to do with this is place a check mark or click in the box under the WAVE or maybe "What you hear" boxes. 

Note: You may have to test this when in voice to see if the other chatters can hear you.

WHAT THIS DOES

Changing this setting before you play a song in voice, tells the Sound Card to use its own output ( a song thats playing) and sends it out just as if you were talking on the mic.
REMEMBER: Before you can talk in chat again, you have to change the setting BACK to the MIC! or no one can hear you when you try to speak.
