I.E. calls them Temporary Internet Files by the way

With Internet Explorer open, Click on the Tools
menu and Choose Internet Options
like the picture below shows

This dialog box pops up. I have circled the Temporary Internet files
section.
Clicking the "Delete Files..." button will give you the box below.
This box is pretty well self-explanatory. Click OK

Here you can change several things.
How often IE checks for newer versions of stored pages,
Or how Windows
will let you manange the Temporary Internet Files.
You
can set the maximum folder size, Move the Folder, View what files you currently
have and the installed programs
that
IE uses (java applets, ActiveX controls/programs and the like).
Click on the buttons to see an example of what the boxes that pop-up will look like.
1. You can
change where Windows saves the Temproary Internet Files.
2. Lets you
view the Temporary Internet Files you have in your folder.
3. Lets you
see what Objects ( fancy name for ActiveX programs/applets you have on
your computer)
