OK.....So how do I clear the Cache Files in Internet Explorer?

I.E. calls them Temporary Internet Files by the way

Step #1    With Internet Explorer open, Click on the Tools menu and Choose Internet Options like the picture below shows

Or  From the Start Menu

Step#2   This dialog box pops up.  I have circled the Temporary Internet files section.
Clicking the "Delete Files..." button will give you the box below.

This box is pretty well self-explanatory. Click OK

2.  Here you can change several things. How often IE checks for newer versions of stored pages,
Or how Windows will let you manange the Temporary Internet Files.
You can set the maximum folder size, Move the Folder, View what files you currently have and the installed programs
that IE uses (java applets, ActiveX controls/programs and the like).

Click on the buttons to see an example of what the boxes that pop-up will look like.

1. You can change where Windows saves the Temproary Internet Files.
2. Lets you view the Temporary Internet Files you have in your folder.
3. Lets you see what Objects ( fancy name for ActiveX programs/applets you have on your computer)
